The hybrid fixed dental prosthesis is designed with a titanium bar that is the core of resistance, strength, and stability inside the dental prosthesis, which is covered with the aesthetic portion, made of PMMA or high-impact acrylic, and German-made teeth.
Zirconia dental prosthesis, unlike the hybrid, does not need a titanium bar, since zirconia itself is strong and stable enough to withstand chewing forces.

POST-SURGICAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Do not smoke.
2- Do not drink alcohol.
3- List of medication you will take immediately after dental implants placement.
4- It is important for us to be informed if you have consumed the following within the past 72 hours: Anticoagulants, Bisphosphonates, Hallucinogens, Cannabis derivatives, or Narcotics.
5- You must rest and eat properly.
You must avoid:
• Irritating or highly seasoned foods (Chili, spicy, acidic).
•Engaging in intense physical activities (running, jogging, yoga, household chores, lifting heavy objects, etc.).
• Expose yourself to the sun and to areas of intense heat emission (beach, kitchen / cooking, stove, bonfires, direct sunlight).
• You should avoid foods with small seeds such as: chia, strawberries, amaranth, etc.
• Take all the medications prescribed by the specialist.
• During the first 3 days, you should sleep with many pillows (in a semi-
sitting position).
• You must perform daily dental hygiene after every meal with: toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, and mouthwash.
• Place cold compresses on the area where the implants were placed.
• You should consume cold foods such as: ice, popsicles, ice lollies, cold refreshing drinks. (They must be water-based).
With the placement of six or eight dental implants, patients who have lost all of their teeth will be able to get a fixed dental prosthesis without a palate.
This option provides more stability than all-on-4 dental implants since there is better force distribution and longer treatment durability when there are more implants.
To support the implants, however, there must be enough bone in the lower and upper jaws.
With this treatment alternative, we can replace an entire dental arch by inserting six implants in the maxillar, or jaw bone, to support three permanent bridges.
This approach offers a successful and long-lasting treatment by strategically compensating for chewing pressures.
